Billing Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS 

Seller refers to Holmes Apparel UK - buyer refers to the individual or organisation placing an order. Good or services refer to the product(s) the buyer has purchased.

PAYMENTS

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  In the case of Klarna and Clearpay, any failed payments will be settled by the company’s in question. Please see below for our list of accepted payment methods.

We accept any of the following payment methods. All payment amounts are displayed at checkout - no subsequent costs will be incurred by the customer (other than with payment plans through Klarna and Clearpay.)

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount highlighted at checkout under £150. We offer free delivery over £150 so the amount displayed at checkout will be £0. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Items are entitled to be refunded or exchanged if returned within 14 days from delivery. The buyer must contact the seller by email: info@holmesappareluk.com or through the contact us page. CANCELLATION

The buyer may cancel an order if the seller is notified before payment is captured. Once captured the payment is the responsibility or the customers and they must then go through the return process should they no longer want the goods purchased.

COMPLAINTS 

Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: info@holmesappareluk.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.

LEGALITIES

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
